{"id":2661,"date":"2013-05-27T17:19:41","date_gmt":"2013-05-27T15:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.france.edf-powersolutions.com\/?p=2661\/"},"modified":"2024-01-04T17:34:34","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T16:34:34","slug":"finalisation-de-lacquisition-parcs-eoliens-diberdrola-france","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/france.edf-powersolutions.com\/en\/communiques\/finalisation-de-lacquisition-parcs-eoliens-diberdrola-france\/","title":{"rendered":"Finalization of the acquisition of Iberdrola wind farms in France"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"blue\">\n<div class=\"detail-res\">\n<div class=\"detail-entry\">\n<div class=\"dexc\">\n<p>An international consortium comprising EDF Energies Nouvelles, MEAG, acting as asset manager of Munich Re, and GE Energy Financial Services, a division of GE, has signed the definitive agreement with Iberdrola for the previously announced acquisition of 30 wind farms in operation in France with a total gross capacity of 305 MW.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"detail-content\">\n<div>\n<p>The agreement announced in January 2013 and now finalized provides for assets to be held by EDF Energies Nouvelles for 20 %, by GE Energy Financial Services for 40 %, and by MEAG for 40 %.<\/p>\n<p>EDF Energies Nouvelles will provide asset management and operation and maintenance services for the wind farms.<\/p>\n<p>This operation is an opportunity for the three consortium partners to strengthen their portfolio of renewable energy production assets in France.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-about\"><strong>About EDF Energies Nouvelles<\/strong>EDF Energies Nouvelles is an international leader in renewable electricity with an installed capacity of more than 9 GW gross worldwide.
