Commissioned in October 2012, this park supplies electricity to the equivalent of 18,000 homes in Quebec. Electricity production is sold to Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec Distribution under a 20-year electricity supply contract.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter the successful operations carried out in Canada on the Lac-Alfred, Massif-du Sud and Blackspring Ridge wind farms, we are pleased to once again engage with Enbridge in a co-shareholder relationship. \u00bb says Tristan Grimbert, Chairman and CEO of EDF EN North America. \u201cCo-ownership of power plants allows us to actively pursue our development, while optimizing our investments. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>EDF Renewable Services, a subsidiary of EDF EN Canada, continues its mission as operator and manager of the Saint-Robert-Bellarmin wind farm and ensures its long-term operation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Saint-Robert-Bellarmin is one of seven wind projects awarded to EDF EN Canada following calls for tenders from Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec in 2008 and 2010. By the end of 2015, EDF EN Canada will have developed and built a total of 1,003.2 MW in the province of Quebec.<\/p>\n<div class=\"d-about\"><strong>About EDF Energies Nouvelles<\/strong>EDF Energies Nouvelles is an international leader in renewable electricity with an installed capacity of more than 9 GW gross worldwide.
