Asia Clean Capital (ACC) and EDF Énergies Nouvelles announce the creation of a joint venture to build and operate a portfolio of distributed rooftop solar energy projects in China.
ACC is one of the leading developers in China of rooftop photovoltaic installations for local and multinational companies, and EDF Énergies Nouvelles is the subsidiary dedicated to the production of renewable energies of the EDF Group. The joint company will draw on ACC's local reputation as a key player in distributed solar in the country and the international expertise of EDF Energies Nouvelles in distributed solar as well as in self-consumption solutions for industrialists. .
A specialist in roof photovoltaics, Asia Clean Capital ensures the development, financing, construction and long-term operation and maintenance of solar projects. To date, Asia Clean Capital has financed and built photovoltaic power generation systems for many globally recognized companies, including P&G, Danone, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Unilever, Fujitsu etc.
This partnership comes at a time of strong growth for Asia Clean Capital.
